Everybody's talking about Valentine's Day coming up...
[And Jimmy's confused as hell, which is clear from his expression.]
How is that even here? This is like some whole other planet, how come an Earth holiday is celebrated?
And there's other stuff, too. It took me a little bit to realize it, but there's lots of stuff that's pretty familiar. Not the same, but close, you know? You'd think there'd be all kinds of differences. Not that this place ain't weird, it's weird as hell, but... come on, you get what I mean.
[Or at least he hopes other people from Earth get it. He's still trying to come to terms with the fact that all of this is real, but he's reached a point where he can start paying close attention to this wacky world he's ended up in.]

Guess it's like my Ma always said. Stranger stuff in Heaven and earth than anybody could dream.

The weirdest part is that the everyday in this place is something you get used to quickly. I guess that's not a shock; people are quick to adjust to situations when they need to.

You'd probably be pretty amazed at the kind of stuff a person can adapt to quick.

This place is almost a break from all the strange things people have gone through. Not that this place isn't weird, but it's still more relaxed most places people are from, I think.

Sometimes stranger things than normal happen here, but that hasn't happened recently.

It's not always a bad thing. For New Years, we were all invited to a region called Kalos. It was a lot of fun, actually. It was just for one night, but I've never been to such a party before.

It was... kind of a relief, if you want to know the truth. Don't get me wrong, you'll find this place peaceful enough usually, but there was nothing going wrong at all.
You'll probably know if it happens again, I imagine. There was an announcement for the last one.
